                                "The Forbidden History"  

 It has been stated in the history of Napoleon that when he arrived in Egypt in 1799, he took with him scholars to study and explain many stone monuments (pyramids, temple-cities half buried in the sands, guarded by strange stone beasts called sphinxes). 

One of his officers found near Rosetta a stone slab on which was carved a proclamation from 196 B.C. written in the ancient Egyptian pictographic writing (hieroglyphics) as well as in two other scripts. Scholars at that time thought that Greece was an originator of our civilization.   The decipherment of the ancient Egyptian script and language, and the archaeological efforts that followed, revealed to Western man that a high civilization had existed in Egypt well before the advent of the Greek civilization. Egyptian records spoke of royal dynasties that began circa 3100 B.C…. two full millennia before the beginning of Hellenic civilizations. Reaching its maturity in the fourth and fifth centuries B.C. Greece was a late comer rather than an originator.  Scholars have wandered…was the origin of our civilization, then, in Egypt? 

 To answer this question we need to question our history books and look deeper into the work of Biblical scholar Zecharia Sitchin. He states, "One of the greatest finds of Akkadian texts were the ruins of a library assembled in Nineveh by Ashurbanipal. Layard and his colleagues carted away from the site 25,000 tablets, many of which were described by the

ancient scribes as copies of "olden texts". A group of twenty tablets ended with the statement: "23rd tablet: language of Shumer not changed....." 

 "...Except for mispronouncing the name… it should have been Shumer, not Sumer… Oppert was right (January 1869 Jules Oppert). Sumer was not a mysterious, distant land, but the early name for southern Mesopotamia, just as the book of Genesis had clearly stated: The royal cities of Babylon and Akkad and Erech were in "the Land of Shin’ar". (Shinar was the biblical name for Shumer).

 

Zecharia Sitchin has been studying the translations and interpretations of various Sumerian and Akkadian texts and tales, as well as assorted Assyrian, Babylonian, and Hittite texts, analyzing and comparing them with Old Testament Hebrew accounts and dedicates extensive research on the subsequent findings, and has included graphics of seals, cuneiform writings, clay tablets, and pictures in his book. These speak of the rulers of Sumer and their customs as a civilization.  [ Sitchin.com… the 12th planet]

 

What is it that Sitchin maintains, and why has his massive work been translated into over 70 languages? In addition, why does Zecharia Sitchin make the mainstream scientific establishment so "antsy and shrill" in claiming his work has no credence? In this voluminous body of work, Sitchin has laid out a major revision concerning all of human history. His research is even more impressive when one realizes that Sitchin is one of only about 200 scholars who can read and translate the ancient Sumerian language. (An interesting point is that his translations have never been refuted, only his conclusions.)

 

According to Zecharia Sitchin’s interpretation of ancient manuscripts, about 450,000 years ago Earth was visited by extraterrestrials that came here to mine minerals and metals that were needed for their survival. These extraterrestrials came from

an as-yet-undiscovered planet in our solar system, the planet Nibiru, which has, says Sitchin, a 3,600-Earth-year orbit. One day on Nibiru equaled 10 years on earth to humans. Nibiru, the name bestowed by the ancients, means "Planet of the Crossing." These extraterrestrials, according to the ancient Sumerian texts, genetically altered the indigenous species of early humans (homo-erectus… missing link?... To homo-sapiens) and bequeathed all the arts of civilization to them, such as government, astronomy, mathematics, animal husbandry and agriculture. The extraterrestrial geneticist's name was Enki, son of Anu, ruler of Nibiru, the 12th Planet. The Nephilim, the Elohim in the bible created the world in seven days… the world was Sumeria… the time it took for early humans to go to work in Sumeria… 70 earth years… or 7 days to "The Nephilim". The Mayan Calendar shows another representation of God creating the world in seven days as depicted in the creational view of the temple of the Plumed Serpent showing the nine dimensions or Ages of consciousness on page 411. So maybe it is true what so many Christians believe that God (The Elohim) in the bible really did create the world in seven days.

 

"When the Nephilim first landed on Earth some 450,000 years ago, about a third of Earth’s land area was covered with ice sheets and glaciers. Mr. Sitchin expands on Earth conditions, like the depth of the waters was different than today, he continues:

"...They searched, no doubt, for a place with a relatively temperate climate, where simple shelters would suffice, and where they could move about in light working clothes rather than in heavily insulated suits. They must also have searched for water for drinking, washing, and industrial purposes, as well as to sustain the plant and animal life needed for food.

"...The attention of the Nephilim, now we know, focused on three major river systems and their plains: The Nile, the Indus, and the Tigris-Euphrates. Each of these river basins was suitable for early colonization; each, in time, became the center of an ancient civilization.

"...The Nephilim, judging by the Sumerian practice and records, made extensive use of petroleum and its derivatives; it stands to reason that in their search for the most suitable habitat on Earth, the Nephilim would prefer a site rich in petroleum.

 

"...The Land of the Two Rivers, Mesopotamia, was doubtless put in first place. Some of the 

world’s richest oil fields stretch from the tip of the Persian Gulf to the mountains where the Tigris and Euphrates originate. "The Book of Genesis describes God’s abode on Earth – Eden… as a place of temperate climate... "It was a place that drew its waters from a network of four rivers...

 

This version of early man was derived not from Sitchin’s imagination, but from what the Sumerians and other ancient peoples stated in their writings, often from first-hand interaction with these "Gods". Of course, "mainstream scientists" do not look kindly upon such literal interpretations. When they engage in attempts to debunk such information, they are loath to own up to their miss-and disinformation. 

The Sudden Civilization

 

"The first significant excavation of a Sumerian site was begun in 1877 by French archaeologists and the finds from this single site were so extensive that 

others continued to dig there until 1933 without completing the job.

 

When we look at 16.4 billion years of evolutionary… geological and archeological records and time…   the first known civilization appearing suddenly and seemingly out of nowhere… the first Sumerian city Eridu… in geological time seemed to appear over night… The night before vast desert… Then… as if my magic of the Gods… on October 3rd,  6000 years ago, Monday morning, 9 am… the shops are open and the people are ready to do business.

As masterful as even the first Sumerian temples were, they represent but the tip of the iceberg of the scope and richness of the material achievements of the first great civilization known to man. I sincerely believe that Mr. Sitchin shows us, through his vast research, that the people of Sumeria were not much different than we are today and most important they showed feelings, emotions, sorrow and desire to contact the sacred and these may only manifest when reason points to the inner self.

The Sumerians invented writing and printing, the forerunner of our rotary presses, the cylinder seal. More than with the divine and spiritual, they concerned themselves with crops, measuring fields, calculating prices. They had a parallel system of mathematics.

They invented the kiln.

They achieved textile and clothing industries.

They were well achieved in agriculture.

Their culinary art was admirable:

Cereals were turned into flour, to produce leavened and unleavened breads, porridges, pastries, cakes, and biscuits. Barley was also fermented to produce beer. Wine was obtained from grapes and date palms. Milk was available from sheep, goats, and cows; it was used as beverage, for cooking and for converting into yogurt, butter, cream, and cheeses. Fish was a common part of the diet. Mutton was readily available and the meat of pigs was considered a delicacy. "Our admiration for the Sumerian culinary art certainly grows as we come across poems that sing the praises of fine foods. In the wine of drinking, in the scented water, this bird have I cooked, and have eaten. Sumerians engaged in deep-water seafaring. They searched for metals, rare woods, and stones, and other materials unobtainable in Sumer. 

Following are some "firsts" attributed to Sumerians from a book by Samuel N. Kramer, one of the great Sumerologists.

The wheel was first used in Sumer, being the first for using ox and horsepower.

"Preceding the biblical book of Ecclesiastes by some two millennia, Sumerian proverbs conveyed many of the same concepts and witticisms.

Following are some sayings regarding Law and Justice:

If we are doomed to die- let us spend:

If we shall live long- let us save.

When a poor man dies, do not try to revive him.

He who possesses much silver, may be happy;

He who possesses much barley, may be happy;

But who has nothing at all, can sleep!

Man: for his pleasure: Marriage;

On his thinking it over: Divorce.

It is not the heart which leads to enmity [hostility];

It is the tongue which leads to enmity.

In a city without watchdogs,

The fox is the overseer.     

Within the texts of the "Holy Bible’s story of Genesis" it repeats the story of Enki. However, he was not alone in the task of setting up a new Earthly species. Sitchin says that Enki worked with his half-brother Enlil, who shared responsibility for the Earth mission. Nevertheless, over time, the Anunnaki Royalty, enjoying their position of superiority, were becoming paranoid that the slaves would some day become their equal (acquiring the forbidden fruit of knowledge). Enlil… the warlord… decided to do something about it. 

Much to the dismay of Enki, his brother, Enlil devised various plans to hone down the Lulu population (early humans). Enlil sent plagues of diseases upon the Lulus. Enki responded by instructing the Lulus how to overcome the plagues. When the numbers were not decreasing, Enlil used weather modification to create famines to starve out the population; Enki thwarted this also. A rivalry developed between Enki, who had a stake in humanity, and Enlil, the warlord, and control freak.

The final solution was a secret that the gods had been keeping to themselves. It was known to them that Nibiru was about to return. That meant a major upset to the otherwise tranquil conditions on planet Earth. They vowed not to tell the worker population that they might all be destroyed. Enki, however, still harboring compassion for his creation, decided that some should escape the oncoming destruction.

Enki vowed along with the other gods of Nibiru not reveal the secret of the approaching Deluge. In a secret meeting with Utnapishtim (Noah in the Hebrew), Enki informed him that

there was trouble in paradise.  Enki pretends to speak to a reed screen, thereby disclosing the secret to Noah who just happens to be listening on the other side.   "On all habitations, over the cities, a storm will sweep...destruction of mankind’s seed it will be." Enki instructed Noah how to build a hermetically sealed boat (submarine) that would withstand the eminent deluge. At a predetermined signal, Noah was to gather his family and workers and all the food and local livestock they could manage into the boat. Just before Niburu arrived, the Anunnaki gods would evacuate in their rockets. This signaled Noah to get packing. The ancient text states: 

 

"...the moon disappeared... the appearance of the weather changed... the rains roared in the clouds... the winds became savage... the Deluge set out, it's might came 

upon the people like a battle; one person did not see another, they were not recognizable in the destruction. The Deluge bellowed like a bull; the winds whinnied like a wild ass, the darkness was dense; the sun could not be seen." 

 

Sitchin surmises that the "all knowing" Enki instructed Noah's boatman in advance to steer the ark/submarine toward the highest mountains in that area, which happened to be Ararat. And so, after the raging storms subsided, Noah's submarine came to rest upon Ararat's twin peaks. The flood waters receded, and Enlil returned to survey the damage. Arriving at Ararat, he was furious that some remnants of humankind had survived. However, with a little persuasion from Enki, Enlil made his peace with mankind and flew Noah/Utnapishtim to the "Eternal Abode of the Gods", as the ancient legend goes. So again the Bible maybe true as a historical record… God created mankind in his image… and "our Father who art in Heaven"… "hallowed be thy name"… Our father genetically, is Enki… Heaven is Nibiru, the 12th planet and God (Enki) really does love us as he has saved our butt many times throughout history to keep his seed alive.

According to historians and archaeologists, the Sumerian civilization collapsed in 2024 BCE; of this, there is no dispute. According to a study by Harvey Weiss and Timothy Wieskel of Harvard University and H.M. Cullen from Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory at Columbia University, Samaria's sudden demise resulted from an abrupt and unexplained climate change, which brought aridity and wind-blown dust storms. Their conclusion is backed up by radiocarbon dating, which indicates this occurred 4,025 years ago, plus or minus 125 years. This computes to the demise of Sumer in 2024 BCE, a date that Zecharia Sitchin already established.

 Does Zecharia Sitchin’s "Earth Chronicles" series address the fall of ancient Mesopotamia? Yes, and more: One ancient text, "Erra Epos," details an age of conflict between the Lord Marduk (son of the Lord Enki) and other Anunnaki, over Marduk’s bid to become supreme ruler over Earth. This escalating conflict finally ended when the senior Anunnaki authorized the use of "weapons of terror" to defeat what was seen as a threat by Marduk to overrun all known lands. Of course the question that begs to be asked, what were these weapons of terror? According to Sitchin, the Anunnaki authorized the use of "nuclear weapons," the effects of which are still visible today.  Humankind suffered a devastating blow, an ancient and lofty civilization was destroyed, and if one believes the ancient texts as translated by Zecharia Sitchin, humans 4,000 years ago were exposed to the very same weapons we so fear today. There can be little doubt that this description mirrors nuclear devastation.

In the 12th Planet, Sitchin asserted that an ancient Sumerian text, best preserved in a later Babylonian version called Enuma Elish, which has been taken by scholars to be an allegory or myth about gods fighting in the heavens, was in reality a record of a sophisticated cosmogony dealing with the formation of our solar system. The protagonists Tiamat and Niburu (which the Babylonians renamed "Marduk" in honor of their national god), Sitchin wrote, these were not allegorical or mythical celestial gods but actual planets … one (Tiamat) that existed between Mars and Jupiter, the other (Niburu, /Marduk) an, invader from outer space. Sitchin's story goes that, in its initial passing by our solar system… Niburu, was pulled in by the system's gravitational pull and ended up colliding with Tiamat (its Moon did the colliding). In this Celestial Battle…, Tiamat broke up… one-half of her was thrust into a new orbit to become Earth (as the ancient text names the catastrophic event). The other half was smashed in an infernal collision to become the “Hammered out Bracelet” which is what we call the Asteroid Belt. Niburu (Marduk) enters our solar system from outer space now once every 3600 years. (See diagrams on page 291)

Sitchin asserted back in 1976, the Sumerian cosmogony offers the best explanation for many enigmas in our solar system, among them the explanation for the Asteroid Belt. From his website Sitchin records", Once Again, Modern Science Corroborates Ancient Knowledge"… " Eros, (One of the biggest asteroids of the belt and though to be part of Tiamat) has an ancient, heavily cratered surface", reported Dr. Andrew Cheng, chief project scientist. "There are also tantalizing hints that it has a layered structure, as if it were made up of layers, like plywood." Such stratified features, Dr. Cheng explained, could occur if the asteroid was melted while it was part of a planet.  Dr. Andrew Cheng is quoted here by the Associated Press, Science News, 2/18/00.

On his website, Sitchin state, “These are the first findings reported at a news conference on Friday February 17th, 2000, for they corroborated an ancient cosmogony pieced together in my 1976 book, The 12th Planet.” Now little Eros tells its robotic visitor from Earth: Yes indeed, I was once part of a beautiful planet that broke up; yes,  I originated as a result of a fiery collision, as the Sumerians described thousands of years ago; and that is why I am layered! Moreover, this, my friends is only the latest modern discovery that corroborates the amazing ancient knowledge.  

 Evidence for Creation by Outside Intervention

 To help support Sitchin’s claims in his books… In this 11 page… excellent article, Lloyd Pye points to research that shows how humans, domesticated plants and animals do not fit into the classic Darwinian paradigm. Lloyd Pye states, “There are plenty of problems with humans like domesticated plants and animals, humans stand well outside the classic Darwinian paradigm. Darwin himself made the observation that humans were surprisingly like domesticated animals. In fact, we are so unusual… relative to other primates it can be solidly argued we do not belong on Earth at all… we are not even from Earth, because we do not seem to have developed here.

We are taught that, by every scientific measure, humans are primates… very closely related to all other primates, especially chimpanzees and gorillas. This is so ingrained in our psyches that it seems futile even to examine it, much less to challenge it... yet we will here. Human bones are much lighter than comparable primate bones. For that matter, our bones are much lighter than the bones of every "pre-human" ancestor through to Neanderthal. The ancestor bones look like primate bones; modern human bones do not… Human muscles are significantly weaker than comparable muscles in primates. Pound for pound, we are five to ten times weaker than any other primate. Any pet monkey is evidence of that. Somehow, getting "better" made us much, much weaker… Human Brains… the comparison, here is even more radical because human brains are so vastly different. (To say "improved" or "superior" is unfair and not germane, because primate brains work perfectly well for what primates have to do to live and reproduce.)

This is the most inexplicable difference of all. Primates have 48 chromosomes. Humans are considered vastly superior to them in a wide array of areas, yet somehow we have only 46 chromosomes! This begs the question of how we could lose two full chromosomes... which represents a lot of DNA… in the first place, and in the process become so much better. Nothing about it makes logical sense… As with all wild animals (plants, too), primates have relatively few genetic disorders spread throughout their gene pools.  In contrast, humans have over 4,000 genetic disorders, and several of those will absolutely kill every victim before reproduction is possible. This begs the question of how such defects could possibly get into the human gene pool in the first place, much less how they remain so widespread.

When all the above is taken together… the inexplicable puzzles presented by domesticated plants, domesticated animals and humans… clearly Darwin cannot explain it, modern scientists cannot explain it, not Creationists nor Intelligent Design proponents. None of them can explain it, because it is not explainable in only Earthbound terms [we are a product of the gods the Nephilim as Sitchin has stated].
